You can only exchange products with other products from Chic Designs as part of Return and Exchange Policy.

Products once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.                       

The exchange value will be cost of product returned minus its shipping charges and COD charges or payment processing charges, whichever is applicable.

The exchange value will not be refunded to the customer.

The exchange value will be issued as coupon code with which the customer can purchase other items from Chic Designs.

You can return only unused products that you have ordered.

Return is possible only if it is informed on the same day of delivery of the product and in its original condition. 

We will not accept any used products for return.

The product has to reach us within 10 days of delivery of the item, if any exchange is agreed  by Chic Designs. The cost of shipping charges for return shall not be borne by Chic Designs.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will check the product thoroughly for a return approval process. The product should be neatly folded by the customer and put in the original packaging (with the inlay cards(if any), before sending. The product has to be delivered in its original condition and without any damage. 

Once the return is approved, the coupon code as mentioned above will be issued to the customer.

Coupon Codes are valid for 1 month and can be used for new orders from Chic Designs.

We are selling original branded products. So we display the same model pictures from the brand and sell the same original pieces issued by the company. We do not provide any guarantee or warranty on the products sold.

Some accessories or laces shown on the model picture may be for display purpose only and may not be provided by the brand.
