● Chic Designs reserves the right to cancel any order due to product being out of stock, product listed at wrong price or for any other reason. This will be regardless of whether the order is confirmed and/or payment received. Incase of payment received and order cancelled by Chic Designs, customer shall receive 100% refund of the order amount and will be informed of the same.
● Orders placed by customers cannot be cancelled once the order is placed, regardless of status of the order.
● We reserve the right to deny or disable Cash On Delivery service with/without notice at our own discretion.
● We reserve the right to deny/disable Cash On Delivery service to any customer and blacklist such customer who
have refused Cash On Delivery orders in the past.
● We reserve the right to charge and bill shipping charges and return shipping charges incurred as actual to customers refusing Cash on Delivery orders at the time of delivery. The same shall be notified to customers before billing.
